Fairtrade project in English

In March, we started our Fairtrade project in English. First, we worked in groups to write short descriptions of Fairtrade products in both German and English. We also created different quizzes, comic strips and fulfilled different map tasks on the fair-trade products. Then, we created a big map in our Art class and added QR codes we designed ourselves, each linked to these descriptions.
As the project came to an end, we decided to host a Fairtrade buffet for the entire school. We carefully planned who would contribute what. During our Cooking class we prepared cake pops. We made sure to use at least one Fairtrade ingredient in all our cakes, muffins, etc. We had a lot of fun and are happy we got to do something like this.
